Saturday Fun in Gainesville

Saturday Fun in Gainesville

Gainesville is a Great Place to Live!   On this SATURDAY we’ve got so much extra time to get out and play & have fun.   And the weather is great!

With our Gators having a night game, that gives us all day to have so much fun before kick-off at 7pm on ESPN2.

I love it when we have a night game!  Don’t you?

I am at work at the South Pointe Model center for a few hours, but on my way here there were garage sale signs everywhere!  When we’ve got a night game, it frees up the whole afternoon to get busy and do other things.  It’s hard to get bored in Gainesville.

The Farmers Market on US 441 is in full swing and the Haile Farmers Market too.  The grocery stores are busy with game day shopping.  Those that don’t go to the stadium are getting prepared for serious football food for their own get-togethers with family and friends.

I passed some of the tailgaters headed to the stadium to gear up with their scrumptious food and fun all afternoon!  I am sure the traffic will get crazy later this afternoon, but that’s ok……it’s Gainesville on Game Day!

Get out and have some fun!
