Jonesville

The Jonesville area is located between Gainesville FL and Newberry FL.   The Jonesville area does not have it’s own zip code or township.

The Jonesville area is known for it’s planned communities, single family homes on larger parcels of land, luxury homes & gated communities, and equestrian friendly homes.

A good description of the center of Jonesville would be the intersection of Newberry Rd and NW 143rd Street (also known as 241N).

The 241N corridor is scenic with gated communities that have riding trails for the horse lovers, and the Jonesville Park is beautiful with lighted soccer fields, tennis courts, and baseball/softball fields.

At Newberry Rd and NW 170th St, you can then head South on 241 South, past Dusty Trails at SW 8th Avenu and then at SW 46th Avenue to The Trails – a Gated Community with private riding trails.

You will have a peaceful, country feel with plenty of nature, yet you are just 10 minutes to I-75 & The Oaks Mall in Gainesville.
