Mark your calendars! Here’s a Gainesville event you won’t want to miss. It’s the Spring fling to do in Gainesville! Kanapaha Botanical Gardens located in southwest Gainesville, presents The 2012 Spring Garden Festival.
This is Gainesville’s premier horticultural event every year. The Spring Garden Festival features about 200 booths offering plants, landscape displays, garden accessories, arts and crafts, educational exhibits and, of course, foods. Also featured are a walk-through butterfly conservatory, children’s activities area, live entertainment and live auctions. It’s great fun you will enjoy!
This is the biggest fundraiser for Kanapaha Botanical Gardens, which receives its money through admissions. So please mark your calendars and plan to visit this wonderful Gainesville event!

Admission is $8 for Adults and $5 for children thirteen and under. ***Cash only (no credit or debit cards)***
A $2 discount is given for members of Kanapaha Botanical Gardens. And a $1 discount is given for individuals wearing any past Spring Garden Festival T-shirt.
Pets are not allowed at these festivals.
Parking is free at two off-site parking areas serviced by shuttle buses. One is at Veteran’s Park on Tower Road at 4700 SW 41st Place, and the other is at Kanapaha Middle School on Tower Road. Please know, there is paid parking offered by homeowners in the area, but they are not affiliated or controlled by the festival or gardens.
