The Gainesville-Alachua County Association of Realtors® provides their statistics to the Florida Realtors® each month and they compile statewide data that allows them to compile these reports. Let’s look at stats for October 2015 compared to October 2014. Closed sales show a decrease for October compared to last year. Yet our months supply of inventory has declined 21%. Pending sales are down 4%. Median Sales Price are UP 7.8%. Yes…..I love stats about the Gainesville real estate market!
