The Gainesville-Alachua County Association of Realtors® provides their statistics to the Florida Realtors® each month and they compile statewide data that allows them to compile these reports. Closed sales are 9.5% from this time in 2013. And our months supply of inventory has declined. Proof that our market is shifting to a balanced market.
