Belmont is a beautiful neighborhood of single family homes that is conveniently located in NW Gainesville, and west of I-75 with entrance on NW 143rd Street (CR 241). The locals like to call this area “Jonesville”. It’s not uncommon to see neighbors at the Community Pool, Clubhouse, Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts and Playground area. The Belmont Community has side walks, street lights, underground utilities, green space and a Dog Park. Walking distance to the Jonesville Park.
What’s the Neighborhood Like?
The homes you would expect to find for sale in the Belmont Neighborhood are generally going to range between 1400 and 2800 square feet. There were four different builders that built homes in this community, so there is a variation of floor plans and styles. Many of the existing homes have had updates and it’s not uncommon to find homes that have interior updates, fenced backyards, screened in rear patios, and two-car garages. The smallest homes in the neighborhood start with three bedrooms & two baths while the larger floor plans have a four+ bedrooms and three bath layout, and a variety of different floor plans. The Homeowners Association fee includes “front lawn care and maintenance”. The community recreation center is very nice with community pool, tennis, basketball, dog park and clubhouse/center. Close to great shopping, banking, restaurants in Jonesville, Tioga, and Spring Hill.
