Brookfield is a beautiful neighborhood of single family homes that is conveniently located in NW Gainesville, and west of I-75 on NW 23rd Avenue. It’s not uncommon to see neighborhood kids playing the community park area of this neighborhood. There is a playground and community Pool. Brookfield is walking distance to Fort Clarke Middle School and Hidden Oak Elementary. Convenient location with easy access to I-75 via NW 39th Avenue exit. Closest shopping is the SpringHill Area.
