Suburban Heights was originally developed by Cotton Fletcher. Most homes are concrete block ranch style homes, but don’t let the homes age fool you. So many homes have been updated and ready for you and your family. Nice size lots, street lights, and no mandatory HOA fees. Close to so many different shopping areas, restaurants, banks, etc. The nearest grocery shopping will be at Millhopper area & Thornebrook Village with a Publix and a Fresh Market.
