Our New & Improved Monthly Newsletters

Newsletter Announcement

My family, friends, neighbors, and clients are the foundation of my real estate business.  Keeping in touch with my clients has always been my top priority.   Historically, I’ve have prepared a cover letter and a nice glossy double sided brochure each month.  Then sent them out via US mail to my client database.  I’ve always wanted my monthly mailing to be more personal and more engaging.  And this blog post is to announce that I have developed and created our new & improved monthly newsletters!  

I’ll be sending them out via email to my clients.  I won’t be sending them via US mail anymore.  Let’s say we’re digital now.   I do have some clients that truly don’t like me spamming them with email, and I can assure you that will not happen.  And if I don’t have a valid email for you, you might be getting a handwritten note from me.  I sure would like you all to get my new & improved newsletters via email each month.

I don’t want my clients wondering, “hey….where is that monthly envelope from Chris and The Bohn Team at RE/MAX Professionals?”   We’re still here and working hard.  I’ve just found a more personal way to keep in touch with you.  So, be on the lookout for the October Newsletter !

I plan to get these done the first week of each month, and it will be filled with good info that I want to share.   Each month will have sections about local events in Gainesville, the monthly market snapshots of how our real estate market is in Gainesville and Alachua County.  It will have some helpful tips for homeowners or fix-it ideas.  And I promise there will always be a segment to make you smile or giggle.

It’s amazing how much stuff I want to share with everyone. I promise that it will be a quick and easy read, and not boring.  I’m looking forward to creating and sending our new & improved monthly newsletters!
