Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza in Gainesville is Great! I don’t claim to be a food critic, but I know GOOD FOOD when I taste it. So I think sharing my opinions and recommendations of Gainesville’s restaurants is a great idea and I will start a series on my blog. So many of my clients are buyers that are moving to Gainesville from other areas. And I love to tell them about Gainesville’s great places to eat!
I’m fortunate that my office is very close to Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza in Hunter Crossing. I treat myself to lunch there regularly, and the clients I take there have given two thumbs up every time! If you are in the SW side of Gainesville, then you need to know that Piesanos has opened a second location in the Tower Square on Archer Road.
Piesanos has a wonderful menu. You will have so many dishes to choose from, and their daily lunch specials are delicious and have excellent prices! Make sure to check out Lunch special #3 (my favorite). You will get a very large slice of pizza, a cup of soup of the day, a ice cold garden salad, and a nice bowl of their garlic rolls (which are to die for!)
Piesanos does have take-out, but this is not a loud, fast food joint. There is pleasant, soothing atmosphere, a full bar, spacious booths and tables, and a friendly attentive staff.
It’s one of my favorites – and I hope you like it too.
Let me know what your favorite dish is at Piesanos!
