This is not going to be a rant eating healthy. We all KNOW that we need to have healthy eating habits. Most of us do. Eating habits are a learned cultural behavior. But, I am a firm believer that no matter how big a “health nut” a person can be, everyone has a craving for their favorite junk food.
I am guilty of this. I do my best to each a good breakfast in the morning. If I don’t, I will end up fainting by noon. I admit to skipping lunch or snacking for lunch. But I am always hungry for dinner. I love to cook, so most dinners are homemade and yummy – even if it just for myself.
My favorite junk foods are :
Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
Little Debbie Nutty Bars.
